The Jehovah’s Witness Child Custody Team Is Here To Help

Hi guys & gals. We’re pleased to be able to bring William Bowen on board the JWB bandwagon.
William is the founder of the amazing Silent Lambs website. Through this site, William and the great Silent Lambs team have fought to protect the rights of Jehovah’s Witness children with regard to sexual abuse issues for over twelve years.
In the process of continuing the work of Silent Lambs, the team discovered a growing number of requests for legal assistance in dealing with Jehovah’s Witnesses in court. To better assist attorneys (that’s lawyers to the rest of us) and the public with their technical court room experience, they created an organization called JW Child Custody.
Did you know that each year in the United States, over 1,000 custody cases are fought involving Jehovah’s Witnesses? When a child is raised to conform to the theology of Jehovah’s Witnesses, they are developmentally harmed for life. I mean, take a look at Andrew and myself for instance. Our articles attest to the fact that we belong somewhere that’s far far away from the general populous.
How Jehovah’s Witnesses Harm Children
- Jehovah’s Witnesses limit medical treatment in a life threatening emergency.
- Jehovah’s Witness policy protects paedophiles.
- They isolate children from society by not allowing them to take part in
- School sports
- School holidays
- Higher education
- Associating with non-Jehovah’s Witness friends.
They also alienate the child from non-Jehovah’s Witness family members teaching them that these family members are of “Satan’s World,” and will therefore soon be destroyed by God.
Think if you were a non-Jehovah’s Witness parent and this was being told to your son or daughter. How would this affect their emotional health as well as your relationship with them?
Jehovah’s Witness parents have been known to put their children through terrible ordeals, just so they can clock up their member numbers.
This issue is complicated because if any of these matters are brought before the court when custody proceedings with a Jehovah’s Witness are in play, the legal organisation, known to you and me as the Watchtower Society [cue Psycho's theme tune], send in corporate home office lawyers to declare their first amendment issue.
How the Jehovah’s Witness Child Custody Team Helps
The Watchtower Society further coaches church members as hostile witnesses in the court to perjure negative testimony against the non-Jehovah’s Witness parent while misrepresenting their actual beliefs and teachings.
JW Child Custody is a group of consultants with over 150 years combined experience as Jehovah’s Witnesses as well as a 50 year hard copy library of Jehovah’s Witness books and literature. They can provide the resources to get to the truth of what really is going on and help the child to have a normal upbringing, something we know a lot of JWB readers crave/craved. They also have court certified expert witness psychologists that can testify as well as those with long term experience within the religion.
Most attorneys are not aware of the tactical manipulation Jehovah’s Witnesses use in the courts to win at all costs. In custody hearings Jehovah’s Witness lawyers win 90% of the cases they try. At JW Child Custody it’s their sole aim to stop this. When their team is consulted with on a Jehovah’s Witness child custody case, they win over 90% of the custody hearings. They get sole custody for the non-JW parent with no instruction of the JW religion until the age of 18.
Recently, the Simmons Law Firm used their services to assist on the Candace Conti case. The content and consultation resulted in a successful litigation in which Ms. Conti was awarded $28 million in damages from Jehovah’s Witnesses home office Watchtower. Mr. Simmons stated,
“The services and assistance of the Jehovah’s Witness Child Custody team was invaluable in the positive result of this case.”
In addition, they were involved in a child custody case in Beaver, Oklahoma. The case involved a seven year old child whose mother was a pioneer. The child was one week away from being baptized at the District Convention when the court ruled that the father should have sole custody and that the religious upbringing would be determined by him. The attorney, Jerry Venable, stated,
“The testimony of the JW Child Custody representatives saved the day and made this case a success. We would recommend their services to any law firm seeking assistance in Jehovah’s Witnesses cases.”
JW Child Custody is happy to help these cases come to a positive conclusion and hope that others can benefit from their work in finding justice when dealing with Jehovah’s Witnesses legally. They have consulted in tax evasion, wrongful death, civil litigation, etc. If you need help in custody hearings or any other legal matter involving the Jehovah’s Witnesses, they can provide the tools you need to have sure success.
If you have a legal question involving Jehovah’s Witnesses call the JW Child Custody team for a free consultation at 800-762-9227 or review their website at www.jwchildcustody.com.
The JWB Team would like to thank William and the entire JW Child Custody team for their earnest endeavours. If you know of a child that is being abused by the Jehovah’s Witnesses, please get in touch with the JW Child Custody team. Please remember – abuse is delivered in many forms. Give a silent lamb a voice and a life, for everyone deserves a shot at life.

Jeannie Mills, survivor of the Jonestown Massacre, said, “When you meet the friendliest people you have ever known, who introduce you to the most loving group of people you’ve ever encountered, and you find the leader to be the most inspired, caring, compassionate and understanding person you’ve ever met, and then you learn that the cause of the group is something you never dared hope could be accomplished, and all of this sounds too good to be true, it probably is too good to be true!”
Don’t be lured into an apocalyptic cult!
